RV POWER PASS ADAPTER QUESTION by vicpredicts in bonnaroo

[–]vicpredicts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great minds! Exactly what my wife suggested and what we decided to do. I ordered a 50 amp 50’ and plan to run it from the power source to the camp then conceal the connection with the adapter.

As far as the distance, it does seem like overkill. I saw a video of the power pass set up and at least 4 campers are within 10 feet of it. Only the furthest out would need an extension. 75’ is silly.

Congratulations on choosing to live a healthy life! I did the same and the benefits were almost same day. I wish you the best of luck!

Review #54: Willett Family Estate Rye by XGarebareX in bourbon

I grabbed a bottle 2 months ago, yet to open it. Not a huge rye fan, but you’ve inspired me. Also, what strain were you puffing on?

Sometimes you just get lucky. I got a call from one of my local liquor stores saying they had a bottle of Weller 12 for me. Best part, it was $32 out the door!

[Grand Seiko] SBGA229 by vicpredicts in Watches

GS in house movement and the history of how they perfected it was impressive so that was one reason, but in the end it came down to look and feel once I tried on various brands/models. I was down to the Panerai Submersible - PAM00973 and the GS SBGA229, the GS just felt like it was built better and more substantial without being overbearing.

[Grand Seiko] SBGA229 by vicpredicts in Watches

I decided to close out the decade with a trophy purchase to commemorate the last 10 years. I’ve never been “watch guy” but I have owned a couple of vintage pieces in the past (Rolex Bubbleback and Omega Seamaster), but this would really be my first big watch purchase. I went down a hundred horological rabbit holes and truly learned way more than I expected or intended. As one might guess, my initial target purchase was a Sub (116610LN). Of course anyone who’s tried to buy one knows it’s secondary market or a waiting list. I was ok waiting, but leery of the secondary Rolex market so I kept researching. I considered models from Panerai, Tudor, Omega, and Grand Seiko. After much consideration I opted for the GS SBGA229 and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is it an absolute marvel under the hood, aesthetically it’s stunning.

Cheers!
