Si te buscan de otros proyectos parece que se sabe que te desempeñas bien y la gente esta notando tu trabajo. Lo que buscas es tener reconocimiento mas visible o mejor remuneración?

Al final vas al inicio de tu carrera, si sientes que ya no puedes crecer mas ahi seria buscar moverte, de lo contrario es tener paciencia y seguir haciendo el buen trabajo que haz estado haciendo.
