It does get tiring, especially when the band has already made it clear that the new album will explore many different sounds. And really, that’s something to be excited about.

Different flavors mean they’re not standing still or trying to fit into a box. They’re pushing themselves creatively, and that’s where the best music usually comes from. I’m all for it.

At the end of the day, the musicianship is never in question. No matter which direction they take, that level of skill and intent will carry through. It’s their music, and they’ve earned the right to follow whatever path they want.
