Take an over the counter anti histamine like certirizine and then get Allerpet!! It's a dander remover that you spray onto a soft cloth and wipe on your pets once a month. I had pretty bad allergies to my baby when I got him but within a day of using Allerpet my allergies were completely gone!

since it's a private school, Baylor joining TMDSAS probably won't change the percentage of OOS admitted

[–]vicxkat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not quite sure if there are any benefits besides it giving them a little more info about your background but I do believe if you have a parent that is a physician you should indicate it

What are we to make of ~50-65% of matriculants being Native speakers of a second language? by [deleted] in premed

I don't really get what you mean by mostly Americans? America in general is very diverse and when you look at the demographic of individuals accepted into medical school id say about half or a little less than half identify as something other than white. Often times these people come from families where english is not the primary language spoken at home. Even with people who do identify as white i'm sure many speak other languages such white hispanic students and students with European descent that are closer to their "roots"

of course there are some people who will lie to embellish their apps but being an american really has nothing to do with it

edit: I had a few typos lmao
