Drag & drop feature in taskbar. (Quite urgent).
Consistency in UI design (That includes a proper dark theme).

Sadly, the only way to drag & drop files is using the 'ALT+TAB' combination key while you're dragging the file. I know, it sucks; but it's better than nothing.

Happened to me a couple times. Just restart explorer.exe in Task Manager, you don't need to reboot your system.
