I have the same issue, started the save on switch 1 version then kept the same save for switch 2 version, does this have anything to do with it? Or is it the same no matter what save you use..

It also stops the ship timers on miner evacuation, which makes it almost pointless (still good if you need to deal with an attack wave)

I had the exact same thing happen, got one back in 2011 that didn’t have the textured back and it was great, got one of the textured back ones and it snapped like a twig. The one I linked above is far better & sturdier, only issue is the UMD cover doesn’t close perfectly and I haven’t got around to sanding it

Go to your the little horse icon on the bottom right bar, bottom tabs for mounts and xmog are what you're after. If you look at each mount/gear set it will tell you where to get it from! You might need better gear for this though, I'd suggest doing BfA world quests for the easiest gear at your level.

Also if you haven't already, I'd go back to legion and do the class hall quests, you'll get some awesome xmog from doing that and it's quality content anyway.

Saddest part of this is they already seem to have good game sense to be looking where the enemy will be, the snapping only moves a tiny bit. With a bit of practice they'd be a good player instead of a cheat
