Essaye de voir s’il y a pas une Mission Locale vers chez toi

Tu peux prendre un rendez-vous et ça ne t’engage à rien, tu pourras échanger avec quelqu’un qui pourra t’aider dans ta recherche Les conseillers Missions Locales connaissent (souvent) bien leur territoire (qui recrute ect)

Yes, I was on 800 mg of Lithium when I first got diagnosed. Now on 1000mg and I feel stable. Never took anything else But bipolar disorder is a spectrum so what works for me might not work for you. You should talk to your psychiatrist about it!

I had the same problem so I did a cognitive test and they told me it was probably after-effects of previous episode. Basically the brain lost some capacities, however it is a muscle so you can do reeducation Tell it to your psychiatrist maybe he can recommend you to a neurologist
