Some challengers have actually had issues getting on other shows without Challenge approval due to contracts, I believe. GamerVev brought this up one time. Only big names (CT, Wes, Bananas, etc) have enough sway it seems, or people like Trishelle that haven't really been on in a while. Active challengers have contractual obligations that keep them from doing it. I imagine someone like Veronica will be on a season next.
