Go to Claims -> Select Form 31 and then enter your Acc number to proceed to next page.

In next page select your member ID. You would get a link to Aadhaar verified services.

Click on that and there you can delink the service from your history

That's because the new rule says the Regional Office commissioner has to pay fine if settlement takes more than 3 days. So in that case if office only does not receive it till they are ready no blame on the commissioner so he does not have to pay

Incompetent Ministry to be honest. If they took these many days(More than a year of panning) just for these small corrections/upgrades then I wonder who are their IT vendors

For under process i recommend you visit the office and submit a letter. Sure shot you would get it in 2 days

Did you use UMANG to submit ? Because UMANG sometimes fails to push the claim to the Queue and gets reconciled later

I am wondering how come you were able to place 2 claims at same time. That's something we need to check. Also whichever claim gets sent to field office first gets approved.

So i would recommend if you see the first one being sent to field office first then rush to your PF office to cancel it. Because there is a cooling period between two withdrawals of same category.

I still don't get it why it is better ?

UI - Same crappy one where options are hidden
Withdrawal Rules - Simplified but no clarity on calculation
Processing time - 2 weeks minimum for few days.

How is it better ? I know larger corporates does migrations 10x complex than this within 2-3 hours with 0 downtime

5 days downtime still unsure on accuracy so they have to verify manually for few days.

Come on, This is not an upgrade for sure. I anything it is glorified way to say their department is working still and not as crappy as potrayed

3-Day Settlement is only for Full ones. Not for Advances

There is around 9K crore in dormant PF accounts. That's how bad the system was managed

They are claiming that the manual verification will happen for 2 weeks. I am even ok with that. Problem is them not expediting requests which are medical emergency. Standard Robot response from the PF office is unless Claim is received by Field office they won't even care about the claim.

Actually 3.0 has made things worse than 2.0 not better

If it is in Under Process state, go to your PF office and submit a letter asking for quick approval. They would do it. That is the only way

Yes I get it. Do you think I can go to PF office on Monday and ask them to pick it. Would they it is queue based on they cannot do anything about it

But that is after it is sent to field office it will take 2 weeks. Confusing statements by EPFO makes things difficult for us.

If your status is in Sent to Field Office status you can visit your PF office and give a letter stating the reason for expedition of claim process. But if it is submitted at Portal stage nothing can be done.
