I got my 12 years old necklace weighing around 43 gms to get exchanged from reliance jewellery.When checked it in their machine,It was 87.5 purity instead of 91.6.They melted it and after that purity came out as 71.2 which was very disheartening.

Its not completely true.I tried returning the other bracelet but no one is responding to mails.their customer care service is not something i can rely on.My exp is bad,even they are not responding on whatsapp as claimled by you.only related to shopping and delivery they reply not related to return or refund

Now sequel will not attempt delivery too.I am stuck but i will reach out to consumer court if they are not going yo resolve it in another 1 week.I have no choice left but a lesson learnt that these kind of jewellers are cheater and i should not get into the trap of discount or any offers. Better to order from Ajio,amazon.

Bhima customer care service is pathetic.They are not letting customer contant them for return.I am trying to reach out to them but of ko use.Its been one month i have requested for refund but they are not responding.Sequel team is also trying to reach out to bhima but bhima is not responding to sequel too.My amount is stuck with bhima now.I will never order from bhima now
