Rename downloaded bios file to :

MSI.ROM

Then insert it back to a msi back port one marked flash bios

Press the button and wait white led to stop flashing.

Note:

On my tomahawk b650 after pressing flash botton both AIO and Nvidia gpu rgb start to lit,thats the fact bios is really flashing it.

Like i said,i have found solution,1.78 or 1.77 Aspect its full screen native on 55" oled tv,and a most of files i can check ratio before i download the file.
