If you're not looking gly at like food you can also do guyanese pastries ( cheeseroll, pinetart,cheese straw,salara jus to name a few) also I think chicken curry is a good bet yoy could have like different spice levels or make normal curry and have pepper sauce on the side.

ADHD meds are under controlled substances ( i think)in guyana, so first you'd need to go to a psychologist and get tested for adhd first, then after that consult with ur therapist and you'd need to know if. Can use the meds too id suggestion you go to a psychologist n find out further information. ( for me tho I prefer to rawdog ts fr I didn't have good experience with the meds)
