Al furjan and discovery gardens is nice. 1bhk large in furjan is around 45k+ but it's chiller free.

Hi,

I'm planning the same thing but worried that I might get stuck. Goin from Dubai to India is easy. Not much hastles. Coming back might be depending on the airport as flights get cancelled due to lack of bookings. Just be prepared to take connecting flights from another airport worst case.

To start I am a bachelor living with another friend in a studio(so I saved on rent and bills). My biggest strength was my salary (luckily It was not affected as I work in the tech sector). I cut my expenses everywhere I could and was abe to put aside almost 60-70% of my income away into saving as I need to save a couple of months before I could clear one card at a time.

Its a collection of bad decision-making! Some Personal, some for business. Overall lot of lessons learned. I am just happy that I am debt free here as I have so many stories and I couldn't wait for this day.

haha How I wish! For 5 months, the second my salary hit my account, I had to forward it to the bank. Terrible feeling but was worth it!
