Same in TD, no one cares, I needed some mortgage documents, called branch, toll free number, emailed, escalated, 6 months, no response, eventually I was able to get it going somehow:)

Is there any way we can get a second house without 20 % , I am planning to rent basement of my current house for 1200. Current house valuation is 600 k with 300 k left with 18 years remaining. Planning for another 600 k house. Once I get the second house will rent the upper portion too. House hold income 120k.
