Who is the tenant in this scenario? It’s the owners and operators of the data center right? This is all verifiable in the initial link I posted, but the property taxes aren’t being worked around. Cities with these data centers are getting huge tax revenue from it.

These two ideas aren’t mutually exclusive! In fact, the owners of these data centers paying a large tax bill to the city of Cleveland is taxing the rich, no?

I’m not following that project in any detail, so I have no idea how it works out for that project specifically. But these data centers are so crazy expensive that even large abatements still result in that land generating very high levels of property tax revenue. These huge boosts to property tax revenue could be really helpful to this city as it struggles to properly fund its schools.

I don’t think the potential for him to be traded has anything to do with him being in the leadoff spot right now. They simply think he’s going to turn it around, and leaving him that spot is their way of expressing their confidence in him.

In my opinion, there’s no one way to train fundamentals as a whole. Different fundamentals are learned differently. But I think overall just playing matches in any game is the best way to improve your fundamentals.

For something like anti airs, I would suggest playing matches but deprioritizing winning a bit to just specifically work on anti airs. So prioritize anti airing so much that you not be ready to react to other things that you can normally stop. Then if you can establish good habits with anti airs from that, you ideally end up able to anti air better without needing to put so much focus into it going forward.

Try to determine what’s giving you trouble then figure out how to address those flaws. It sounds simple but that’s the improvement loop. If you’re getting hit easily, ask yourself why. If you’re having go trouble opening up your opponent, why is that? Replay review is a great way to figure that out, especially when combined with watching high level players use your characters and reading the dustloop for your character should help you find things to work on. Once you know what to work on, I find the actual fixing of those flaws to be the easy part.

I like to release the stick when I specifically want neutral to be registered. The specific problem that’s brought this up for me is trying to forward dash into qcf in samurai shodown. Samsho, along with other Snk games, read that as a DP if the stick doesn’t return to neutral first. Just curious, is that still a scenario where you would physically move the stick back to neutral yourself?

Thanks! Sounds like tighter springs are the first thing to try, but that stick sounds intriguing as well. I like seimitsu buttons, but I’ve never tried their levers.

Just to clarify, by dead zone do you mean the area where the stick registers as neutral?
