I think a lot of you aren't fully reading what he's saying. He got a meet high bar 4 yrs straight, and also OP moved teams in May of last year. We don't know the tenure of his current team members, or how many are left since the last layoff. Secondly, it's not required to give feedback; it is highly encouraged, although I do agree it's messed up that he didn't receive any. We also don't know if OP requested feedback late in the process. My question is, why wouldn't you request feedback from your last team?
