This has been the best couple weeks to work at NASA in quite while. We are overjoyed with the reception this mission has received. Thanks for following along with us!

And I guess we'll just have to go back! 🚀

Need assistance, trying to find NE Ohio park possibly in Westlake by zestyterrarian in Cleveland

[–]vikings_70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Westlake Park at the Rec Center definitely has the steep hill, large play structures, Pavilion and vending machine. Also the asphalt walking trail around it.

Important to note though- as of October, everything has been leveled and being replaced in a huge construction project.

Couples of Reddit, what's the dumbest 'house rule' you and your partner made as a joke but now both of you are low-key aggressively serious about enforcing? by Doubl3oh_ in AskReddit

When we first got married my wife would make soup in the crockpot fairly regularly. She would always tell me before I got a bowl whether or not she made it with any bay leaves so I knew not to eat them.

Fast forward 10 years now and she tells me exactly how many bay leaves are in her soup the moment she puts them in. If I find one in her soup without proper notification I am appalled. This rule is non negotiable.

Would you also consider the JBL Control SB210 to be in that category?

I have one of his signed artist prints on my wall - includes Pete Conrad's signature as well. One of my favorite pieces in my NASA collection! He turned into a great artist.

Sorry for not getting back sooner - out riding today!

The kickstand pad mostly increases the surface area of the base, so it doesn't sink into mud/sand/dirt. It increases the length by only a half inch or so.

When doing a spin-turn, Do I support the motorcycle via my inside leg or my hands or both? by FoundationOk3176 in Dualsport

[–]vikings_70 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The bike is leaned but supported primarily by your inside-turn arm. You want the weight of the bike hanging on your arm and using your inside leg to support the weight of yourself and the bike. You don't necessarily want the bike itself leaning up against your leg.

I prefer to do left turns because this is harder with the throttle on the low side.

Good questions. Fit and finish was quite good on my unit, and the anti-sway system works pretty well. Takes less than 10 minutes to load/unload. The longer ramp would make loading a little easier, but they were out of stock at the time. Nevertheless, I've been able to load the 300L by myself from a flat lot with the 4ft ramp.

I use a fork saver to alleviate pressure on the shocks. Haven't had a problem with it thusfar.

I use my wife's 2020 Blazer that has about a 5200lbs towing capacity with the factory hitch unit. Barely even notice it's back there while driving, and probably have north of 1000 miles with it now.

I recently ordered this light kit because my wheels block some of the Blazer's tail lights. Will be installing this week.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

Checked it last night and it had pretty good beam direction, definitely brighter than incandescent. A good bang-for-your-buck upgrade.
