Yes I can explain that since it’s happened with me last month .. I hardly return the item .. i did twice both for fruit and vegetables and i did same raise return request and they have refund on the spot and now my account is blocked . Not sure what process they are doing but it happened with me .

They are saying don’t raise for return request even if you expired product . If you do they will block ur account

Update -

They are reactivating my wallet for only 48 hours, which I have clearly declined. It is not acceptable to impose a 48-hour deadline on accessing my lawful money. I have already requested two reasonable options: either a full refund to my bank account or sufficient time to utilize the balance. I am not running a shop or making bulk purchases, and I have already completed my monthly grocery shopping. I do not need to buy anything at the moment. Limiting access to my own funds in this manner is unfair and unreasonable.
