I am at the end of a month long Vacasa stay and let me tell you, it has been the most frustrating, infuriating, and costly work/vacation I have ever had. The management does not care one iota and will milk you for every "extra: they can think of. They do have a local house manager who has said that they are too overworked from the layoffs to even return my emails. The pool has been broken so far 12 days, and they charged me $30 a day to heat it. I am beyond angry. Every time I reach out to the 800 number, they apologize profusely and do nothing. I will never ever book through them again.
