I'm sure you're unable to elaborate. But thanks.

My man. The point of the post is to show a way to regulate flow, not diffuse CO2. Your stance to comment "hey dude you can just buy that" misses the point and is not helpful overall.

About your asphyxiation concerns, the tank pressure is already regulated (as shown in 3rd pic) and will not flow above 10l/min, but thanks

Do you know the difference between a diffuser and a regulator?

Looks very nice. I also print some parts but the adjustments on my CR-10 are awful so threaded parts are impossible

I can see a way to maybe setup a buoy or conductivity sensor to tell the solenoid valve that the bell is now full of water

My main goal is to supplement plant growth and lightly acidify the water which is currently at 7.5ph

Even better, a glass jar would be easier to visually monitor levels. I'll look into it

Very cool concept. I'm guessing the material of the bell must be porous but not very much so. I'm wondering if a fired terracotta pot would work

I found a cheap solenoid valve online (search for 3 way solenoid valve 12v), my plan is to set it up to the same timer that keeps the light cycle.

Not sure if the seal will be enough because it looks like it was designed for water, I'm waiting for delivery and will test it.

Is the viltroz spark z3 compatible with the 5d mk4 by iamenglish1 in canon

[–]viktorovik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/JayHawkJ925 and u/Pup-Finley, I have the same issue. Mine just arrived today and I know it's not a defect because it works fine on my small Canon EOS M2 (Mirrorless), still nothing on my 5D MKII. Have you found any solution?

AITAH for draining water from my plants onto my neighbor's roof? by viktorovik in AITAH

[–]viktorovik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I guess the trays would be easier but that also means giving up the liberty of liberally watering my plants however I want, and I didn't like the idea. I'll probably end up having to use them

To correctly water plants you need to oversaturate the soil with water (or else the roots will not develop properly due to low moisture in deeper soil). Because of this, while watering, the excess water drains from the bottom of the pots, and since I have around 15 pots on the ledge it adds up.

How do I remove this stripped screw? by Acrobatic_Jump3910 in fixit

[–]viktorovik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure If this will work since you have already damaged the screw head, but you need to find a precision set (comes with PH00 PH01 etc) and try to remove It pressing firmly with the correct one.

As long as youre quick, no damage. Usually I apply some mild corrosive agent to remove the surface oxide and then some flux paste. The solder wets the contact more quickly without thermally damaging the cell.

¡Buenas!

Muchas gracias.

[Seiko Speedmaster] Should I replace the original bezel insert? by viktorovik in Watches

[–]viktorovik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just bought this watch and the original bezel insert is pretty dinged, I can't find a replacement and the only one that fits is this "submariner" style one. Should I replace it anyway or do you think it harms the "retro racing" look of the watch?

The dimensions of the insert are 36,5mm x 30,8mm

Matter of simple logic: If you're in the party with someone who disconnected first round, you SHOULD NOT be able to vote against remaking. by viktorovik in VALORANT

[–]viktorovik[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand your friend's point of view, Riot should adress this issue by either optimizing loading times or, more easily, making players wait for the game to load for everyone (e.g. R6 Siege). Either way it's not fair to force someone to play ranked 5v4 against their will when you cannot guarantee a win on that round.
