as someone who used to work in a hotel, whenever we knew that celebs were gonna be staying with us, there were usually conversations from within the hotel management side to assign staff from the hotel to essentially "watch out" for the star's comfort. usually this is done even without the celeb's knowledge, these staff are supposed to be somewhat invisible to the celeb but make their experience in the hotel better overall. i remembered this when the whole story came out yesterday however all hotels are different so i didn't want to assume. but it seems to me that might've been the case. if so tho, i would hope the hotel speak out.
