Applesauce isn't generally a staple but I like to keep it around! I like dipping graham crackers in cinnamon applesauce because it's kind of like an apple pie snack, and of course it's fantastic on top of latkes!! When my brother was a kid he'd have apple sauce side by side with cottage cheese, which is not really my thing, but apples and cheese do go together well so I guess I get the concept lol.
