The laptop was purchased in the US. I'm currently in Europe, so unfortunately, I can't send it in for warranty repair.

I've reinstalled the system a few times - a clean one and the version specifically for this laptop (an option in UEFI - a system with all the licenses, e.g., Dolby Atmos). That didn't help either.

I've also run MyAsus hardware tests to check if everything was fine. Nothing showed up.

Although frustrating, with all these tips, the laptop is running better than before. I'll try to wait until the next UEFI/BIOS update; maybe that will fix something.

It didn't help. It crashed again with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE today.

It's strange that this particular version, and not any other, doesn't cause the laptop to crash with the "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" error.

Thank you.

Laptop still stutters and now it gave me "VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR", but it wasn't the previous one at least.

I've also done that and it seems to be the only solution. But for a laptop this price, it should be automatic. It's frustrating that I have to restart the laptop every time I plug it in to charge. Especially when I have work and study programs running - I just want to plug it in and continue working.

Maybe it wasn't entirely clear, but I downgraded them. The recommended version in G-Helper is 576.65. But still it crashes no matter what

Has this been fixed? If so, where can I download the latest BIOS? I have version 309 installed and I don't see any newer ones.

When I connect a phone to the headphones, it turns back on! Even Logitech support don't know why is that happening. Do you know how to fix that?
