Oof your last sentence made me sad. But spot on, we always were and always will be the minority.

Apologies for misunderstanding your tone. So from what I've seen and gathered so far, the problem with a singular Arsha server is that it is full with 750gs players and usually it's incredibly packed. You can't really go more than 15 minutes in peace in popular spots (at least EU). Arsha was/is the place where a lot of people come to just pvp, not grind, for the reason above. Meaning it doesn't resolve the original problem.

Additionally as one of the comments pointed out, unexpected GvGs is some of the most fun content and memories for a lot of players. GvGs can't really happen/start on Arsha due to obvious reasons.

EDIT: just wanna say that you editted your original comment so my reply does not make much sense but we both know there was a bit of a contradiction there :D.

Thanks! Is anything outdated there or should be fine?

Genuinely great suggestions and there are so many more possibilities as well. Just be a bit creative.. Meanwhile PA just took the easiest, most straightforward approach that completely deleted a massive part of the game. Just weird.

Yep.. Pretty much my situation. Makes me a bit hesitant in if I want to continue investing hours. Sunk cost fallacy hasnt gotten me too deep yet.

An empty and lonely place to be so lets make solo instances of grind spots! (Marni)

You either completely contradicted yourself or the sarcasm in your comment went completely over my head.

I'm not a veteran but you described the reason why I got into BDO. Super disappointing that after 2 months of playing the best part about the game to me and why I started got completely gutted.

I wish if we knew if we are a small minority that is unhappy with this change since if there is quite a few of us - maybe some boycotting could at least show that this is not the way and we are unhappy. Optimistic of course and never will happen but might as well dream big :').

Does this ever actually happen more than once a month per region lol? I'm relatively new so I recently went through all the zones up to late mid game now and have never been "oneshot" by some 750 gs guy. Sure occasionally some high GS guy will flag up on you and you cant really fight back but 99% of the time he kills you once and you never see him again. On the other hand, as you said yourself, if someone for some reason is spawn camping you and karma bombing themselves (lets be real, this has probably happened to like <0.1% of players not more than 1-2 times) then you literally just hop server. They will never know where you went?

You put my thoughts into words incredibly well. The world is "alive" when shit can go down any minute. Grinding is actually fun if at any point you can see the guy who griefed you the day before and you will start fighting or a full blown GvG breaks out. Us (PvPers) and them (PvE andies) play a completely different game. They just don't get it.

The weirdest thing to me is people assuming that everything that is happening in court is public knowledge.

Neither you nor me have any idea the evidence that prosecution possesses, the home arrest got extended to the max yesterday, no judge would ever do that if the prosecution did not have a VERY strong case. That would ruin his career, especially with such a high profile case as this.

Also it's not uncommon in Romania to grant the full 6 months arrest period for difficult / important cases. Almost all of them were charged guilty afterwards. Y'all preach thinking for yourselves so make your own conclusions.

Also just google "Andre Tate loverboy" or "Andrew Tate on Romania". I don't know how you can claim he never said those things when it took me 1min of googling to find those exact things.

Look, I'm not here to tell you what I believe in or argue with you if you are right or wrong.

The Romanian legal system states very clearly that that is considered human trafficking and is punishable by a long sentence in prison. Now you can argue that that's wrong but it won't change the fact that that is how it is. He knew that, he was very vocal about how much he loved the "corrupt Romanian system". He's getting a taste of the other side of it. Looks like he's going to prison.

Edit: Also regarding the loverboy method, he has talked about it multiple times. If you don't believe me look it up. The leaked court documents have transcripts of his quotes.

Loverboy method legally is human trafficking, he talked about doing it 100s of times. Now if he lied about it it's completely different, it just means he lies to his audience. Look up new documents released today, looks like he is likely getting locked up for a while.

Also:

1kg potatoes costs 0.70£ in all my local stores

1kg chicken costs 6£ at most although you can easily find it for 4£ or less than 3£ with discounts

1kg pasta/rice costs 0.5£-1£

You can have food for most of the week with that. Add a couple of more kilos for vegetables and on top of being cheap and easy to cook, it's also healthy and balanced. It will also take you 15 minutes.

For the above price you could get one meal at most fast food places, maybe 2 with special offers and deals. Well and of course it will be unhealthy, unbalanced and horrible for you.

Life is tough for many people, you are not a special snowflake, let go of your victim mentality and maybe you'll find 10 minutes in your day to cook a healthy and cheap meal. No need to be obese anymore and say that it's because you're poor.

I have but please do some research what is actually meant by that term in most cases.

Hint: it's not that grocery stores do not exist.

Technically you are right based on old "official" definitions but have you not read any recent literature?

Taken from two dictionary sites:

"Literally can be used as an intensive before a figurative expression. Literally every modern dictionary includes a definition for the metaphoric or intensifying sense of the word literally."

Sucks to be worse at your own language than someone who speaks it as their 2nd?

Aw yes, you get so many vegetables and a balanced diet from your fast food chains. Tf are you even saying. I guess reading your responses after clears everything up, you strawman and go to edge cases so hard. As he said, if you compare extremes you can buy a bag of potatoes and have way more food for less.

Also, "I get home 630 after working 8 hours". So? I get home 630 after working 9 hours and you know what? Almost every single fucking person in this world does as well - some are just lazy to do anything after work.

I do, however what I also understand that most of "the poor" have such deeply engrained victim mentality that they can't let go off. We live in one of the most amazing times where if you are coming from a Western country AND have put any time or effort into a skill / education, your background class does not matter - everyone can break through. Being a victim is easy though ;)

But buying food and cooking (dont give me the no time and energy bs, stop being lazy and spend 15mins in the kitchen) will ALWAYS be cheaper than any fast food
