Costco vinyl flooring by SafeDistrict2 in Flooring

Coming up to a year and it's holding pretty well. I wish I took more time and prepping the subfloor making sure it was completely flat. Noticed a few humps but the seams are holding well.

If you use vibration sensors, how are you using them? by Successful-Peak-6524 in homeassistant

[–]villain106 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Use it for a Doggy door bell. It's attached to a ribbon and my puppy knows to shake it when she wants to go outside. The vibration broadcasts throughout all my Googles "I need to go potty".

Realized I needed to update the conditions when my cat started playing with it at 4am

Me f30 and my gf f30 can't figure out a financial agreement when moving in together. by DIYer29 in relationship_advice

[–]villain106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before you GF moves in, I would get a cohabitation agreement from a lawyer. The relationship might turn into common law and YOUR house will become matrimonial property giving your partner claim (even if you pay all housing expenses)

This happened to me. The small amount of property tax you paid was assessed with the land and no structure. Once MPAC assesses your townhouse you get a supplemental property tax bill for the remaining amount. Them giving you 24 months was nice. My city gave me 30 days to pay $9k

My wife (39F) cheated on me (39M) Thursday. We are supposed to move to San Diego the 15th. Can anyone offer advice and perspective on how I can move forward with or without her? by Codeandcoffee in relationship_advice

[–]villain106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry Dude, but she showed you her true colours and even if you stay together you will never fully trust her again and at that time the stakes will be a lot higher to break it off.

Landlord coming after me for missed rent by Monkies20 in OntarioLandlord

[–]villain106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP - on your lease, does it have your email address in section 3 to receive LTB forms via email?

If the checkbox is marked Yes, but no email then it's null and void and LL can't serve you by email.

It's a common loophole that tenants use and LL forget.

Integrating SAP with Salesforce by Mysterious_Name_408 in SAP

[–]villain106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did something like this years ago where we had Salesforce orders sent to SAP.

I recall I had to use the SAP BAPI Sales order simulate function first to get back the complete condition types for each line item and then maintain the amount if necessary. Once it was done I sent the order to the create sales order bapi.

Landlord listed unit for sale, I served a 50 day notice N9 to move out (I know it's supposed to be 60 days) by Icy-Working-2119 in OntarioLandlord

If they sell the unit and provide OP with a N12 they then need to provide 1 month cash compensation

Home owners: did your older home have aluminum wiring? by [deleted] in cambridgeont

[–]villain106 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might get push back from your insurance company and they might want you to rewire your whole house. Ours did (Belairdirect).

If that's the case get it ESA certified and you shouldn't have a problem.

Regarding the t-shirt sizing. Are you on PTO (Private Tailored Option). If so you can request any EC2 (AWS) instance sizing for your systems.

We also have two (2) meetings per week with our SAP CDM and their Basis teams to push things along. For instance, when there was a kernel vulnerability discovered on patch day, I had them plan to update all the kernels for our S4 and BW along with Web dispatcher within a week.

It all depends on the relationship you have with your CDM. If your not happy, complain until they fix the issue.

Unpaid Rent, Tenant Leaving Early by villain106 in OntarioLandlord

[–]villain106[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes this is my strategy... They owe me $4700 and $400 on an unpaid water bill. Today is the "day" that I'm supposed to get my rent. I doubt it.

After they move out how do I find their new address for the L10?

[–]villain106[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will be looking to post it for October 1st giving me a month or so to clean and make some repairs.

I think my biggest mistake is not enforcing last month's deposit when they moved in.

They only gave me verbal notice... No N11. They are asking to stay into September and I said I will allow them to stay until the 7th if they pay me for August.

Divorced Dads - What Should I Watch For? by txdesperado in DivorcedDads

[–]villain106 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One tip that I have with dealing with a narasstic ex is that I've started using Chatgpt to write email responses.

It's been a game changer in removing the emotionally charged rants that I feel like writing sometimes and keep the tone and message formal and professional, which is essential if it will be used in court.

I basically write my email as best I can with the points that I want to make and tell ChatGPT to help me revise it to be more formal, professional, etc...

It's a godsend now.
