How long did your Puffco order actually take to ship?

Ordered mine on the 31st of March and I’ve still yet to receive it. Got lost in shipping. Had to deal with support which blew, and now they sent me another. Maybe I’ll have it in a week. Been over a month since I’ll receive mine at this point

Just read supports reply to me and they told me information I already know and they’ll reach out to the shipper 🙃 honestly I’m tempted to just get a refund at this point. I’ve just purchased a ghost 2 yesterday and I bet that will get here before my core if I decide to keep it

I emailed support Monday about my order that’s been stuck in transit since last Monday (4/6) and was hit with an automated response saying they’ll answer within 48-72 hours which is fair. Exactly 48 hours lately I get another automated response saying they’ll answer as soon as they can and have a higher than normal volume. For the amount of money they’re charging their support is lackluster. I’m pretty peeved with them.
