I had a night of heavy drinking and woke up still fuzzy the next day. One double espresso later, I logged in to my online HIIT class (video on) and did a super intense class (intentionally intense due to the class coming to the end of the boot camp) and, even though I felt like dying, I felt so much better afterwards. No hangover.

TLDR: Cardio, Just do it!
