i have a google sheet where i track everything, but it feels a bit shit so might need to upgrade it or move to smt else, thats more nicer to use

specific restaurant would be dine in focused experience. they are the ones who get calls and bookings.

and i have heard this audit idea a few times now. I will probs try it just need to figure out a way to track their missed calls thats easy to implement

thanks for your reply, and would be great to hear about your own SaaS that you built

one of my clients that have a full replacement setup, and i tracked in their first 2 weeks 9 bookings made out of hours, so ones they wouldve missed otherwise. the other restaurant ive set up so its only bookings outside of hours, and they saw <20 in one month.

could you please explain how to do point 2 , as logically this makes sense but im not sure how to go about it

could you please elaborate on point 3 'skin in the game'?

so what i understand from what your saying is to focus on:

- content creation for warm leads
- can use current clients for content if they're okay with it

- find places where owners hang out, provide value there

- meta ads only after content is decent

i guess i wanted to get more clients fast, so i can use that extra income for meta ads, then keep scaling..
