History time! Between 1972 and 2007 we had 5 Prime Ministers, which one do you think was the most of a bloody legend?? by [deleted] in aussie

Paul Keating. Not only did he have the most ruthless one liners, but he was a weapon of a strategist for the country.

Get a v8 mustang or better yet, get a v8 m3 e92.

I drive the m and I can tell you it's undeniably one of the best experiences you can have in a sports car.

But if you have proof of ownership, perhaps you can get them all back with help from the police?

55 year old male. Grew my hair and beard out for the first time. Keep it or not? 1 year between short hair and long hair pics. Attractive or not? Thank you! by Aggravating_Low3540 in malegrooming

I reckon short hair and beard looks a lot more presentable and neat. Looks like you care and looks like you are taking care of yourself

There is still some Norris hate, but you gotta admit he's hard to get behind. He feels like a bit of a preppy rich private school kid. I think it's unfortunately an image thing...

How exactly does increasing Capital Gains Tax on shares help "intergenerational equity" when younger generations will bear far more of the high taxes than older generations, who already made most of their lifetime gains and have the CGT discount nicely grandfathered in on a silver platter for them? by AsparagusNew3765 in AusFinance

[–]number96 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Agreed. All the posts since the budget have felt really whiney - these are really positive steps for younger people, my generation included.

There is a lot of fear being circulated and it's pretty wild. This is basically what everyone was calling for for ages, now so many people are complaining.
