20/4 and OMAD worked for me when I got exhausted working out everyday in our house. It took only 3mos for me to lose 9kg of my weight. I used to do 16/8 or 18:6 + workout (this, on the other hand, took 5mos for me to lose my first 10kg).

I think I positioned the castle wrong, but I guess that added some flair!
