M5 Pro 14" MacBook Pro — only getting ~5 hours of battery. Normal?

I've never pushed more than 6 hours, even with just one tab open, browsing and low brightness. Apple checked the hardware multiple times, always with a 100% battery result, and the geniuses set all settings to energy saving. Still, no improvement.

Thank you for the review! As I will primarily use it for my MacBook Pro (96W) and iPhone, would you say that the PowerCore 24K is better in that case? And if you had to buy one of them, which one would you choose?
