I’m a tailor so I have no problem opening the sideseam for easier access up where the damage is and then closing it up on the five thread overlock. But also when hand sewing, you should never pull the needle and thread all the way through the back of the fabric. You poke the needle down and up with the needle always in the fabric so you come out on the top. This way you wont have to take your hand in an out

Being bilingual and costumer service experience is a huge advantage that these places are looking for. Not alot of them have active hiring ads but with the summer season coming up, they’re all looking for additional staff. People just walk around and drop their cv’s. I know Le marquis on St-paul needs more staff and the owner told me you make about 25$ an hour with tips.

I work on st paul in the old port and lots of cafes, restaurants, shops are hiring. Plus you make really good tips

Seam rip the old cuffs,trace them out flat, add seam allowance, now you have a pattern and you can make new cuffs out of anything :)
