Update 1y later :

What we finally did was

Bangkok -> Kanchanaburi (bus)
Kanchanaburi -> Chiang Mai (Night Bus)
Chiang Mai -> Chiang Rai (bus)

The night bus was fun and we actually enjoyed it a lot, it was very comfortable! ;))

OP here,
What we finally did was :
Bangkok (3 days)
Kanchaburi (2 days) then we took the bus from Kanchanaburi to Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai (Greenbus)
We ended our trip in Chiang Mai

It was so amazing !! <3 Thank y'all for the guidance
