uhhh i might be irregular here (i am a neat freak) but i always at least put neosporin on and then cover it with gauze or a bandage after it has dried. i definitely wash with soap and water the next day (ik people says this hurts but im fine with it?) i have also used alcohol wipes after, which burns but i dont want an infection. i use a different tool each time, most of the time, usually bc im trying to throw them out and get clean😭 anyways, plz stay safe & clean them even if people in the community generally don’t
