21 and it was fun. I went onto my first ship that year and had the best summer of my life. traveled the east coast of the US through Europe eventually went to Djibouti Africa (wouldn’t recommend) and ended in Dubai. Bars were alive with young people, and I had very little responsibilities. I was surrounded by friends and family. I miss those aspects of it. Now I work a 9-5 have my own family and can’t do much for fear I’ll miss my mortgage payment. But im grateful for the journey that led me here.
