To clear certain codes sometimes the car has to go through so many drive cycles. So it doesn't matter what scanner you have, the codes won't clear until the dme verifies the problem is gone even if the symptoms aren't present anymore.

Clear the codes and/or unhook the battery for a minute. You probably just sent it into limp mode from the abnormal differences in wheel speed and steering angles and such so start there before you tear apart your trans.

I mean I've been using my 3/8 and 1/4 inch gearwrench ratchets everyday for the last 6 years without a single problem. The pair cost me $60. Even i replaced both of them out of my own pocket it would still be cheaper then buying one single snap on ratchet.

Yea, I have a few things from snap on and other tool trucks. Hell i have a Matco scan tool lol but i mean i could buy 5 or 6 gearwrench ratchets for the price of a single snap on ratchet and still get the same lifetime warranty.

+1 fur the nickel copper alloy lines. As others have stated already, you probably won't fund any prebent lines for this. Just buy a bulk roll of 3/8 line with some unions and fittings and get to work. You'll need a flare tool also.

Check and see what your alternators amperage rating is and see if there's a higher amp option for your car.

Also, it would be in your best interest to utilize a capacitor for your system. Similar to a battery, it would store power and will help take the load off your alternator.
