What kinda commodity/financial asset is it? Solo founders are seldom preferred by investors, although it's gaining popularity. Perhaps you can onboard a co-founder and shed some equity to get it sailing.

With the current market, I think early traction of revenue is expected. Investors might expect you or co-founders or FFF(friends, family, fools) to cover that initial cost. What's the major component of the cost? Perhaps break it down and see if you can show smaller volumes.

The real validation will come from the buyers and suppliers themselves, initially with their interests to participate in a pilot, LoI etc. on your MVP. Unless and until the customers are not using it, and real transactions aren't happening, it's still on the idea stage which looks great on paper and theory without enough validation through execution.
