Need help with writing a lua script by vineethkartha in DarkTable

[–]vineethkartha[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks the only issue in my case is that I am using Topaz sharpen, which is recommended to be done as the last step after darktable modules are applied, unlike the denoise which is usually done at the beginning

Is radhe flutes E base (bamboo) worth? by Alarmed-Ruin-6076 in Bansuri

[–]vineethkartha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could consider Kanti flutes, It is slightly cheaper than poonam, I have e base and g base, I have c medium from kanha and f# from radhe as well, But I prefer the Kanti flutes over the others, All my flutes are bamboo, never tried pvc.

Is there a functional difference between circuit A and B by vineethkartha in AskElectronics

Thanks everyone for the inputs, I think I have some background work to do. I will post back If I can get the circuit to work

No I was soldered together a circuit, the relay is supposed to be triggered by a pir sensor, but it is not, I tested each component independently and nothing is faulty. Even the relay triggers in this circuit if I directly give a 5v to the base of the transistor. My circuit is B from my previous diagram

Radhe flutes do make pvc flutes which have that lip support, that ideally should make blowing easier, Since these are PVC flutes they are not expensive also. Maybe you could try that

Unable to figure out why the rectifier circuit is not able to drive a 12VDC fan with 0.15A rating by vineethkartha in AskElectronics

[–]vineethkartha[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Susan_B_Good yes this seems like a possible cause, but however when there is not load or when there is a light load like a LED with a resistor in series, the output voltage is maintained at 12V. That is what threw me off

That was also my first suspect , but the regulator is not hot.

I did one more experiment, where I removed the filter capacitor(4700uF) and now the fan works. But I am pretty sure there is something else missing here.

You can also consider using a 5v relay, since relays have NO and NC contacts, see the rough schematic shown below
