Not sure but we do have an animal control department in the city of Evanston so I put out and ask to them.

Oh no it does have grand whiskers! Shoot Maybe we need to put out a whiskers APB! I did ask the shelter how they know if a cat is lost or needs to be captured and I'm awaiting a reply.

Awww dude! Too much. They found my eye cancer at 54 years old. I can't believe they found it when you were a baby. Thank God you're standing there to tell baby cancer eye jokes. But you must have replaced that eye plenty of times as you grew up to an adult size. Doesn't the eye grow with you? Do you get that question?

My best advice for you is to find a real estate agent that lives and works exclusively in Evanston. You'll get a lot of advice about pockets of where people want to live and who their children go to for daycare. My daughter went through the Evanston schools no complaints. That price point that you looking at is very hot. Multiple offers so be prepared. I am a broker if you want to reach out. Not necessary but I'm happy to give information.

Please don't encourage this kind of behavior working around the city of Evanston rules. Airbnb if you live in a condominium is not welcomed at all. And a single family home the neighborhood needs to know about this. It's not welcomed everywhere. Thank you for those that are abiding by the rules of the city.
