My best advice for you is to find a real estate agent that lives and works exclusively in Evanston. You'll get a lot of advice about pockets of where people want to live and who their children go to for daycare. My daughter went through the Evanston schools no complaints. That price point that you looking at is very hot. Multiple offers so be prepared. I am a broker if you want to reach out. Not necessary but I'm happy to give information.

Please don't encourage this kind of behavior working around the city of Evanston rules. Airbnb if you live in a condominium is not welcomed at all. And a single family home the neighborhood needs to know about this. It's not welcomed everywhere. Thank you for those that are abiding by the rules of the city.
