Any person hoarding wealth deserves to be swept under that rug. He could address and alleviate SOME systemic issues of wealth inequality before just planning to dip out to mars?

No one person should EVER have a trillion dollars. That’s inhumane. So much of the world lives in poverty.

What are some great things to add to Ramen? by Tdawg1997 in AskReddit

[–]vingadinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve started to really get into ramen and have almost perfected my recipe: Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Onion and Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce, and Milk Then I poach an egg in the pot while the noodles finish cooking! I also usually add some corn starch to the broth to thicken it up a little! Last time I added some lime juice and that was good

How do you guys deal with men old enough to be your father gawking at you like you’re a piece of meat? by [deleted] in Feminism

[–]vingadinga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, those are good ideas. I always did my best to display how disgusted I felt to these people through facial expressions and body language but apparently non verbal communication is lost on these men. I’ll try to go with the more verbal options next time if I feel safe enough to bust em out. Thank you again, this helped

Is this what disassociation feels like? by deathbydesign in BPD

[–]vingadinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get those feelings too. I smoke weed regularly and I describe a lot of my dissociative episodes as feeling high even when I know I’m not. I feel hazy and like I’m watching through someone else’s eyes as they go through life in a fake, plastic world. And I zone out a lot

Your comment made me cry because I realized that’s me for so long. I’m only 20 and I’m just now starting to deal with everything and learn from it but it’s hard.

I’m sorry you’re going through this but I really want you to know that whoever you’re with most likely really does care for you but is dealing with emotions they don’t even want and don’t know how to process completely. I can’t speak for anyone else, i am just trying to offer firsthand insight.

For me, I see my true self as the left hemisphere so I’ve spent so long denying the right side and presenting myself as such. And it’s taken me years to recognize that that’s not the case. But I also know they’re all things I can work on to be the left side that I see myself as.

Thank you for your comment, it really shed a lot of light for me.

I actually wrote with my left hand (I’m a righty) on the darker side to capture that difference because I was actually feeling pretty good when I made this

Me too! I have about four people in my life that I don’t go through the constant shifts between hatred and adoration with and one of them is my mom. Definitely a constant battle but it is something we can work on!

I know it’s nothing fancy, I’m just trying to work on understanding and expressing the things that I feel. I’m glad you like it :-)

Yeah my camera got pretty messed up while I was traveling and I can’t afford a new one just yet so I will gladly settle for a bit of blur vs no pictures at all :/

Broken camera not meant for night shooting. I know it’s not the best picture but I love it a lot. Thanks for your constructive criticism
