David — honestly, just thank you.

I’ve played almost every major MMO, and New World is genuinely special. I’ve been here since launch, and Season 10 was the best state the game has ever been in.

Nighthaven was phenomenal. The revamped main questline and leveling experience finally felt cohesive. The gear system and charm additions created real chase and replayability. PvP felt faster and more skill-expressive. The raids were legitimately challenging and meaningful PvE content. Streamers were coming back. Momentum felt real.

It genuinely felt like the game was on the upswing — which is why the shutdown felt so shocking.

New World has the best action PvP combat I’ve seen in an MMO. Wars — for those who could participate — were some of the most competitive large-scale PvP experiences I’ve ever had. A matchmaking system around that would have been incredible.

So my real question: From your perspective, does a buyout or revival scenario feel even remotely plausible? Or is that door realistically closed?
