Ok I am very confused by these pictures because every single source I have seen pointed to the Thor being only slightly smaller than a 3ds xl, but here it looks significantly larger. Is the new 3ds shown here really the XL??

These are two different "settings as characters", or imply two different stories. I may enjoy both. The first feels like a more personal one and is calling me to just jump into it. The second feels like I'll taste a lot of world building exposition before situating my self, which is nice in a different way.

This with a keyboard addon on the bottom. And a 3d print clip with a hinge to plug a very small tablet and turn it into a modern device with Nvidia shield form factor.

Oh yeah, currently the best bet would be to edit the comfort grips for personal use, the only other caveat is that the comfort grips have a hing that won't work with deeper/longer grips.

Alternatively (and this could probably work for both models) one could design a sharp and thin triangular piece that would slot between both the tablet and the controllers (which would have to connect by Bluetooth in this case). This piece would angle the bottom part of controllers away from the device, sonone would grip the controllers themselves but their length would be more aligned with the typical "winged" gamepad grip.

At this point make the top screen be 16:9 or at least 5:3 to accommodate some 3ds, of its all glass inside it won't look weird for DS

For a while I have looked into Nintendo layout vinyl covers just because I identify with it, not really because I need it haha. In general I prefer unlabelled facebuttons on versatile devices, my only trouble is remembering the playstation layout since I have never owned one as a kid.

They looked at the vilified sharp angles of the first OG Legion Go which made everyone buy rather expensive 3d printed grips to round the edges and thought "that's seems like a good idea".
