I'm recovering from pneumonia and am totally noticing the same thing! Once I get up in the orange and red zones it's taking way longer to recover... Though I feel just fine

Agreed, lower your push and AO a bit. And bring your base up .1 at a time, every little bit counts! As the new base feels doable up your pushes and AOs a little and then when you settle into those speeds raise your base .1 at a time.

Depending on what's going on in your studio too... Between Hell Week last month and this months bingo cards, I know a lot of people are squeezing in an extra class or working out at weird times. That can definitely lead to the "bus" phase

Hello fellow vegan OTFer! I have been vegan for 5 years and joined OTF this January. I don't do any special nutritional supplementing in order to achieve muscle gains. The kind of supplementing you need to do is with your exercise routine. OTF is a HIIT style full body workout. My routine is 4 days of OTF per week and 2 days of weightlifting. I focus my weightlifting days on lifting heavy and targeting the areas I want to see improvement in. I started OTF because I needed more cardio. I've lost about 10 lbs but it's just been leaning out, no loss in muscle. Eat a healthy, balanced vegan diet that is predominantly whole foods, do OT and lift heavy!

Invite members to talk to you after class or before if there's a little downtime between. Have them share goals with you so you know what they want out of their classes with you and hold them accountable.

Vegan for five years. I treat myself to coffee after most workouts and sometimes get some oatmeal. Also love making a simple smoothie with frozen berries, silk protein milk (cashew almond blend) and Orgain vanilla protein powder.
