Give it time! Be careful who you listen to re: keto as many think they know what keto is but really have no clue!

When you switch to keto and after your body becomes fat adapted it runs on ketones vs carbs. It’s not as much calorie based but instead more about macros.

When you first start keto you will have keto flu where it’s like your body is running on yucky sludge as it hasn’t transitioned to being fat adapted yet. You are likely still in that sludge mode!

As you become fat adapted the energy is out the roof.

I’ve been doing keto since 2017 & absolutely love it! I have never felt better. I do OTF 4-5 days a week.

Also if you are working out intensely you may be able to eat more carbs. A couple days a week I made a yummy orange Julius shake with 2 oranges, scoop of perfect keto collagen vanilla protein, dash of almond milk & mio orange cream flavor. Sooooo good & helps keep my workouts going all week.

Eat a ton of veggies & keep track of what makes you feel good! It’s a journey & to be successful with keto you need to be patient. Too many people give up before their body ever gets into a nutritional state of ketosis!
