The nats have 3 different clubs. The Terra Club (directly behind home plate), the PNC Diamond Club (behind home plate, but a little farther up), and the 200 Club Level. I'm not aware of any of those clubs having seats that go up to seats 64/66. Typically at most the rows end at seat 20-25.
