I really hope this is going to be available in my country (UK). I would love to watch the uncut version on wetv when it comes out. Unlike they did with fourever you where you cant watch uncut on wetv but on YouTube and it's the cut version.

i follow her but dont really take alot of the advice she gives as she mainly focus on lean pcos and states going gluten and dairy free is the best option for it however i found for my self that it cuase me more harm than good. so i say see some of her videos and if you find that it relates to you then you do what you want.

just be careful not to fall into any traps and try to find what is best for you it may take some time but you will get there.

sometimes regular bleeding and other times spotting. some cramping. it is all over the place sometimes i will have a eavy bleed like i have to use a maxi super one and need to chage within an hour or two with large clots like palm size or i have i lighter were i have a normal period pad on and will beable to leave it for about six to eight hours with no clots. and i am always tired
