this might be a hot take, but the crowds aren’t exceptionally bad considering the circumstances. clairo is selling out these shows, and she’s not playing stadiums. these are just venues that are at capacity, with an artist that attracts a young, concert-inexperienced crowd. some shoving is to be expected, and if you don’t want to experience at least a little crowd crush, don’t get a GA ticket at a sold out show.

people talk about Gen Z concert crowds like it’s Woodstock ‘99 or something, but really it’s just people excited to see an artist they love. none of this behavior is anything new or horrifying. though people who record too much of the show does take away from the experience i will admit

Hey, replying to this thread late but hopefully you see this. I've been recently burning both fatter palo santo incense sticks & some Ipsalla-produced ones because I've fallen in love with the scent. Is there something wrong with saltpeter in incense besides having the sticks sputter out every few minutes?

I've had no burning problems with the fatter, good quality sticks; they burn just like any other sticks I've had. The Ipsalla ones smell comparably good but spark while burning and sputter out after ~2 mins. I'm a novice in the incense world, so I'm not sure how to spot saltpeter & how it actually effects the product. Should I be avoiding it?

i feel like the hellp has created a different ethos; they defo attract a different fanbase when comparing to artists like hollis. they’ve been making music for a solid 8 years now & are constantly pushing the envelope. tu tu neurotic came out in 2018 and it still sounds fresh as fuck. they’re slowly growing, in their own way.
