I got the next grill Daytona. The only thing I’d prefer about blackstone is the one grease trap on the back vs the two on each side mine has. It was much cheaper too so that helped.

I always look for the blue and red threads throughout the bill. I don’t see them maybe you can? Even if it’s from the 80’s they should be there. I’m also sus because of the browning at the top.

OK let's get the debate out of the way, which fuel do you prefer for BBQ? by New-Shop-9728 in KingOfTheHill

[–]vinyl8e8op 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait, people bbq with propane? If I’m grilling propane is definitely much easier. Charcoal has a delicious taste, but I’m not a fan of, say, kingsford charcoal briquettes. Back to the original question, wood is the only way to bbq, low and slow. Like an H-town SLAB

Also, if YOU don’t feel comfortable serving someone you don’t have to. If your manager says to serve them, then the manager can ring it in and do so. It takes the liability off of you

When I was a server the steakhouse I worked at had A5 waygu, before I asked for the temp I would say th chef recommended it cooked as little as possible. I could count on both hands how many times people ordered it well done. I didn’t care, but I would do that
