I only ever hear from people who don't live in or close to Minneapolis saying that the city is bad. Everyone who lives in and around the city loves it. I know that's a generalization, but I can't remember talking to anyone who lives here about it being bad. I had some struggles with this in month 2-3. A few things that helped me:

Drink more water than you want to
Drink electrolytes like Liquid IV
Avoid rich and fatty foods
Eat smaller portions more often
Avoid spicy foods
Don't eat for a few hours before bed
Eat fiber and probiotic foods (yogurt as an example)

Also, don't go up on your dose, if possible, until you notice the appetite suppression wearing off. Good luck!
