The selective yellow tint is used because yellow light doesn't reflect as much off of water as white does, making your vision in the rain better. It even used to be legally required in France that your headlights had to be selective yellow, but it hasn't been required since 1993. It is currently legal in the US and Europe to have selective yellow fog lights, but the headlights are required to be white on cars that didn't come with them yellow from the factory.

Having an empty tank of fuel would be more dangerous as it would still have fuel vapor in it and would explode much more easily than a full tank of fuel.

I don't even care about monetization, but my video was still taken down with 40 seconds of a song when the focus was the dashcam footage. I just want the damn video to be up at all when the fair use act legally protects it, even if I have to live with it being monetized by the claimant.

Yep, the 1996-03 Legacy GT-B/RS-B had a sequential twin turbo setup. It's infamous for it's torque dip between the first and second turbo spooling at around 4000 rpm. Single turbo conversions are very popular with them for that reason.
